Museum STEM initiative



Mission: To create a program for kids that increases awareness of Sikorsky name and creates excitement about engineering design and the manifold uses of helicopters.

Audience:

Kids 9–16, their parents, and their children's museum program facilitators.

Achievements: Incorporation in 30 children's museums; participation by 200,000 households; promoted via press releases, youth & teacher newsletters, email, online advertising, and social media; legacy binder of STEM–based educational activities updated yearly; annual Grand Prize Event includes winner tour of Sikorsky headquarters.
