Warren Buffett's financial literacy initiative



Mission: Experian Consumer Direct entered into an exclusive sponsorship of the Secret Millionaires Club Learn & Earn promotion as a way to encourage students to learn sound financial habits at a young age. Their goal was to share this message with as many students and families as possible.

Audience:

Youth 7–16, with a focus on grades 3–6, and their teachers, parents, afterschool club facilitators, and youth group leaders.

Achievements: Robust financial literacy program reaching 100,000+ teachers and millions of kids with 125 discrete activities and 400,000+ total activity downloads. Media coverage by the New York Times, Forbes, CNN, and more. Partners included National Education Association, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Junior Achievement, 4-H, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. The Secret Millionaires Club Learn & Earn program is on target to continue through 2015.
